Wellness in Quarantine Series
Each session will open with Mindfulness practices of breathing, body awareness, and self-kindness.

Week 1: Aspiration leading to Action
With this time, what would you like to do that you’ve been wishing
to do before all of this happened?

Week 2: Grounding and Stability
It is very easy for us to lose our equilibrium and become
ungrounded during these chaotic times.

Week 3: Vulnerability to harm
When we are stressed, we do not come from a place of compassion.

Week 4: We have things to disengage from and to engage with
What are you gravitating towards and what do you need to leave behind?

Week 5: Eliminate the delusion and confusion
What is the reality of your life? What is feasible? What is causing stress?

Week 6: Our mind, undisturbed, is empowered
How are you losing your focus? What are you focusing on?
Each session will close with intention/goal setting.
